Synergies in the development of digital products, sales and internationalization The CERATIZIT Group has acquired a minority stake in Spanflug Technologies GmbH. This was announced by both companies on November 4, 2024. The strategic investment is intended to promote synergies in product development, sales and internationalization and also underlines the strong commitment of both companies to make the manufacturing industry fit for the future through digitalization and automation.
