Spanflug MAKE evolving towards a “Machining Intelligence” solution
The latest version of the quoting software Spanflug MAKE not only enables CNC machine shops to calculate manufacturing costs and times for turning and milling parts faster and create quotes more efficiently. With the new version, it is evolving towards a “Machining Intelligence” solution, which also supports work preparation and manufacturing strategy optimization.
Thanks to AI-powered algorithms for part analysis, a high level of automation, and the integration of tool and stock data, software users can generate cost-efficient machining strategies with just a few clicks, manufacture more economically, tap into new customer segments more easily and strengthen their competitive position.
New and decisive for the quality of the operational plans generated and the accuracy of the calculations is the increasing integration of real-world data from throughout the entire manufacturing process. In addition to stock data, Spanflug MAKE now also uses tool data from CERATIZIT for this purpose.

We now support machine shops with more than quoting and work preparation—we help them become more efficient in actual manufacturing and find new, more economical ways to machine custom parts. The integration of CERATIZIT cutting tool data enables the software to model the manufacturing process and generate the most profitable machining strategy.
Efficient procurement with Spanflug BUY
With Spanflug BUY, you can obtain customer-specific manufactured parts, such as turning parts, milling parts and laser parts, quickly and easily from a single source – from prototypes to extensive component packages and series. This reduces your procurement effort by up to 90% and costs by up to 35%.
New since 2025: Order sheet metal parts online
Since this year, purchasers have also been able to procure laser parts as well as bent and folded parts quickly and easily via Spanflug BUY. This allows them to reliably source all parts from one partner and further minimize their procurement costs.
Request series parts, larger part packages and call-off orders in a project RFQ
The new, improved upload function means that even more extensive project inquiries can be placed conveniently and securely with Spanflug. Simply upload your CAD models, technical drawings and other supplementary files, such as a parts list, to the platform and submit your request. Our project inquiry team will prepare a corresponding quotation for you at short notice and can offer you a significantly extended portfolio, such as assemblies or 3D printing.
Our procurement experts will be on site for you at EMO and will be happy to advise you on the possibilities.

We will also be present at the CERATIZIT booth in Hall 5, Booth B42, where we will be happy to show you our solution Spanflug MAKE. Afterwards, you can find out more about their innovations, such as sustainably produced tools, smart machine simulations and new products, right away.
