Spanflug MAKE is a cloud-based software-as-a-service solution that runs in your web browser. All you need is a PC with Internet access and a web browser. No software installation or special hardware is required.
Our quoting software offers many advantages, such as device- and location-independent availability, low maintenance, access to the latest version at all times, manageable investments and easy collaboration.
What is the cost of using the quoting software?

What does Spanflug do in order to keep my part data and personal data secure?
When quoting with Spanflug MAKE, we apply very strict protection measures to all part data, your personal data and that of your customers. Data processing takes place exclusively on servers hosted by the ISO 27001 certified provider AWS in Germany. The processing of your own personal data (e.g. the e-mail address you provide when signing up) and the data of your customers is carried out in accordance with the statutory provisions of the German Federal Data Protection Act (BDSG) and the European General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR).

How long does it take to calculate manufacturing costs and times?
How long part analysis and cost calculation take depends on the complexity of each individual part. On average, the process takes less than 1 minute. The analysis takes longer for complex parts than for simple ones.
Is it possible to save calculations so that repeat RFQs by my customers can be processed more quickly?
Yes, you can archive parts, calculations and quotes in Spanflug MAKE and call them up again for follow-up quotes and orders.
Can quotes be managed and exported with the software?
You can upload parts and calculate them directly or save them as a quote first and calculate later, for example if you are still waiting for additional information or further parts for the same quote. You can save an intermediate status at any time and continue the calculation later. You can generate a ready-to-send quote PDF from the results of the calculation proposal, or you can export the data via an interface to your ERP system for further processing.
