After your successful application, these are the next steps:
Getting to know each other
In a first short introductory meeting or video call we will learn more about you and you will learn more about us and the position.
Personal interview
We dive deeper into the technical details of the position and check whether your expectations and ours match. You will get to know your future colleagues, your manager and have the chance to talk to someone from the founding team in person.
Assessment task
A job-related assignment will give you a hands-on insight into typical tasks from your future day-to-day work at Spanflug. It will also give us the chance, to get to know your way of working better.
Job offer
Once the final details have been clarified, you will receive your contract and become part of the Spanflug team. Your team lead will provide you with all the necessary information regarding your start date and your first day at work.
Onboarding
Our onboarding process offers you comprehensive insights into all key areas of our business and departments. With your individual onboarding plan and regular feedback, we will help you to quickly become productive and feel at home at Spanflug.
