Optimize purchasing for engineered parts

Spanflug adapts flexibly to your purchasing processes. You can order your parts either by e-mail or online. In addition, you can connect your ERP or eProcurement solution directly to Spanflug. This allows your purchasing employees to use Spanflug BUY in their familiar environment. Existing processes are followed.

For companies with recurring requirements, call-off orders and larger procurement volumes, we offer the option of concluding a framework agreement with attractive conditions or individual delivery terms. The agreed conditions are stored on the platform and applied to all employees.

With the Teamwork module, you can define individual rights and roles for your organization and assign these to individual users. This allows you to organize the collaboration of all employees involved in the inquiry and ordering process and define specific roles, such as designers and purchasers. Approval processes can also be easily mapped in this way. The module can be used on a monthly or annual subscription basis.

Would you like to relieve your purchasing department, e.g. for pre-series procurement? Spanflug will take over the entire supplier management for you and is available to you as a key point of contact.

On request, we can also include your regular suppliers in our system so that you can also use Spanflug’s automated procurement process in your network. Thanks to the fast and efficient quoting it is easy to comply with purchasing processes even when speed is critical.
